Hardwarter Charters offers passenger and freight transportation service to Put-in-Bay, Ohio located on South Bass Island. The waters surrounding South Bass offers some of the furtile fishing during the winter months and anglers can expect to take their limits in walleye and perch.
   Hardwater Charters also offers islanders and island visitors a low cost alternative to flying during the winter months when Miller Boat Line is unable to operate because of cold weather conditions.
   Hardwater Charters uses the Miller Boat Line docks on Catawba Island (actually a penisula) and at the Lime Kiln on South Bass for its departure points.
   We offer dock to dock service only. We do not offer drop off service on the ice.

   FEES:
   Round-trip service per person is $60 (cash only)
   One-way Transportation of Pop-up ice hut/shanty is $30 (cash only)
   An overnight bag and dog/cat is transported at no charge with a passenger fare
   Excessive freight is priced separately by the Captain or his agent and is payable with cash only.
